1 pound Hamburger, browned, drained
3/4 cup chopped carrots
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon basil
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon parsley
4 cup diced potatoes
8 oz velveeta
3/4 teaspoon salt 3 cup chicken brooth
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, carrots, basil and parsley in 1 tablespoon butter. About 10 minutes. Add broth, potatoes and beef. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer 10 t0 12 minutes. Melt remaining butter in pan, add flour, add to soup. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, milk and salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup sour cream before serving.
