9 Dried whole wheat lasagna noodles
2 10oz containers classico white alfredo sauce
½ tsp cracked black pepper
3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
2 10oz packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 jar bottled roasted red sweet peppers, drained and chopped
¾ cup shredded Italian blend cheese
1 sautéed onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325, cook noodles. Combine alfredo, black pepper, stir in chicken spinach, red peppers and onion. Coat nonstick pan w/cooking spray and layer. Cook 50 minutes in 325º oven.
