2 platanos verdes (2 plantians;look like big green bananas)
4-5 posillos de agua. (4 or 5 c. water)
2-3 papas partidas en pedasos delgados (2 or 3 potatoes peeled and cubed).
1 taza de verdura congelada (alberjas y zanaoria). (1 c. fozen vegetables; peas and carrots)
1-2 cubos de chicken bouillon. (1 or 2 cubes chicken bullion)
2-3 pedasos de costilla de vaca; hojala sin nada de gordo (2-3 beef ribs; the bones give great flavor)

Directions:
Put everything in a pot. Slice plantains in half, after everything is soft, take out the plantains and smash with a fork. Return it to the pot and let the soup cook and wait for a little while. Add salt and pepper to taste. (THE SOUP ISN'T SWEET, IT IS DELICOUS). (Poner todo en una olla, partir los platanos por la mitad, despues de que todo este bladito sacar el platano y espicharlo con un tenedor, devolverlo a la olla y dejar que la sopa cocine y espese un poco, agregar sal y pimienta al gusto, (LA SOPA NO ES DULCE QUEDA MUY RICA).)
