1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground pepper
2 T. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
2 t. worcestershire
1 egg
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 c. canned pineapple tidbits w/juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat with bread crumbs, salt, pepper and onion. Set aside in small bowl, beat egg, milk and steak sauce together. Add to the meat and mix well. Form the meat mixture into meatballs and bake in single layer at 400 for 20 mins. When done, drain fat and set aside. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstartch, vinegar, pineapple and juice in medium saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, add cornstarch, and when mixture thickens, reduce heat and add meatballs. Simmer 5 mins. to blend flavors. Serve over rice. Serves 4, or I usually double everything.
