1 package (20 oz.) Oreo cookies
8 oz. brick of cream cheese
1 stick (1/2 c.) Land o' Lakes margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 packages (3 1/2 oz. each) vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Cream together the cream cheese and margarine until smooth, add powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. In separate bowl, mix the milk, pudding and vanilla. Fold the cheese mixture into the milk mixture.

Crush the Oreo cookies and place 2/3 on the bottom of a glass 9x13 cake pan. Pour the above mixture over the oreo layer and top with remaining cookies. Store in fridge.
