4 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 t. salt
3 lbs. chicken
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Crush Rice Krispies. Combine Rice Krispies and parmesan cheese in shallow dish. In another dish, beat egg, milk, flour and salt together until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Roll in crushed cereal. Transfer to greased baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover or turn chicken while baking.
