2 T. knox gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. Cold water & set aside.

Add to the above:
2 cups boiled pineapple juice & 1 cup sugar.
Set aside until it begins to congeal.

fold in :
1 cup mild cheddar cheese 1/2 pint whipped cream.
