Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1/3 lb. butter
1 pt. half & half
Salt & pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and boiling water until done. Melt, cheese etc., (in a medium to large size bowl )in the microwave. You may need to add a little more half & half. Stir to blend. Or another way is to drain the elbow macaroni and then add the half & half, butter and cheese right into the kettle. When putting it back on the burner to melt cheese make sure it is on low so it will not burn or scorch. Pour it into a buttered casserole or a crock pot and sprinkle some paprika to garnish. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes.
