1 1/2 c. sugar
2 t. dry mustard
2 t. salt
2/3 c. raspberry vinegar
1 small red onion
2 c. vegetable oil
3 T. poppy seeds

Salad:
Romaine Lettuce, torn
Sliced strawberries
pecans, chopped

Directions:

Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and mix till combined and smooth. Toss with salad just before serving.
