1 head of lettuce, torn
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
1 red onion, sliced thinly
1 c. mayo
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, bacon, cauliflower, onion and cheese several times. Top with mayo by spoonful. Refrigerate several hours. Toss just before serving.
