Mix together :
2 cups flour
2c sugar
3 t. cinnamon
3t. soda
1/2 t salt

Add:
1 1/2 cups oil
5 eggs ( one at a time )

Add:
4 1/2 c grated carrots
1 1/2 c. nuts

Directions:

Bake in a 9x13 pan @ 350 for 60 min.

Cool completely & frost .
