Ingredients:  
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cans tomato sauce
3 T. Italian seasoning
3 t. sugar
salt/pepper to taste
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic in olive oil. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Simmer one hour. Additional water may be added if you prefer thinner sauce.
