Pork Loin (4-6 lbs)
Sauce:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 c. worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Wash loin and pat dry. Brown loin on all sides on outdoor grill. Place browned loin on heavy duty foil in baking pan. Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over meat. Seal meat and sauce in foil. Bake for 4 hours in oven. Slice with electric knife before serving.
