4 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups cooked rice (2/3 cup raw)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut green peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onion, salt, pepper, and 1 can of tomato sauce. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Pour remaining can tomato sauce over each pepper. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hour or until peppers are tender, basting occasionally.
