4 lbs. round steak, 1/2 inch thick
Flour
Salt and Pepper
Canola Oil
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil. Place steak in casserole dish.

Mix cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, and Onion soup mix. Add water to above ingredient. Pour over browned steak. Bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 2 hours or until tender.
