3TB Cornstarch
1 can CONDENSED Chicken Broth
1 TB veg oil
1 pound chicken in 1" pieces
1 8oz can pineapple chunks in juice, UNdrained
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C vinegar
1 small green or red pepper in 2" strips
4 C hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cornstarch & broth.

2. Heat oil in skillet. Add the chicken & stirfry it until browned.

3. Add broth, pineapple, sugar, vinegar & peppers. Heat to a boil.

4. Cook & stir until it thickens up a bit. Cover & cook on low about 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
