3-4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
salt, pepper & garlic powder, to taste
3 carrots, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1-2 bell peppers, sliced
1 bottle Lawry’s Hawaiian marinade
1 can of pineapple rings
1 TBSP cornstarch
Prepared rice

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken with the salt, pepper & garlic. Cook the chicken & veggies on the stovetop in a little oil until the chicken is cooked through. Add marinade and the juice from the pineapple (all but about 1 TBSP!) Simmer for about 15 minutes (utill carrots are tender) Mix reserved pineapple juice with cornstarch. Add this to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Add pineapple to the top heat pineapple through.

Serve over rice!!!
