1 16 oz bag cubed frozen hash browns
1/4 C butter
5 eggs
1 C shredded cheddar
1 C shredded Monterey Jack
1 1/2 C cooked ham, diced
1/4 C milk
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the butter in a 9x 13 pan & melt it in the over at 425. Once melted, add the potatoes & pat down lightly. Return to the oven & cook 20-25 minutes.

2. In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, salt & pepper; beat together.

3. Once the potatoes are done reduce oven temp to 350. Then sprinkle potatoes with ham, then cheeses and pour egg mixture on top. Put back in the oven for about 30 minutes.
