1 pound Sirloin
¼ C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ C Butter
1 small Onion, minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 10oz can Beef broth
½ C Water
2 C Mushrooms, sliced
½ C Sour cream
4 servings Egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut sirloin into 1 x 1.5” strips. Mix flour, salt, paprika & pepper in large ziplock bag. Add steak & shake to coat.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet over med-high. Remove steak from bag & sauté it in the butter with the onions & garlic, until browned. Add water, broth & mushrooms. Mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, or until very tender.

3. Stir in the sour cream. Heat to a serving temp but do not allow to boil.

4. Serve over hot egg noodles
