2 cups crushed Graham crackers
1 stick of butter
Mix the ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 9X12 pan or dish.

2 small pkgs Pistachio Pudding
2 cups of milk
Beat the two above ingredients together, then Stir in 4 cups of vanilla ice cream. Mix well.

Pour over Graham cracker crumbs then refrigerate.

Just before serving spread one carton Cool Whip over top. Shave chocolate bits over top and dot with cherries if desired.
