1 cup shortening
1 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients into 1 inch balls. Roll balls into 2 tblsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
