2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 bananas
2/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda. In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat bananas until pureed; there will be 1 cup. Add butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until blended. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed.

Drop by tablespoonfuls a few inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
