4 c Rhubarb
1 pkg Strawberry Jell-O
1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c butter
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 4 cups of cut up rhubarb into bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle 1 pkg of dry strawberry jello over sugar. Sprinkle 1 pkg of yellow cake mix over jello. Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour over cake mix. Pour 1 cup water over entire mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.
