1 lb. oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large tub cool whip
1 stick butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Put butter and cream cheese together. Add cool whip.

Make pudding using 3 cups milk and powdered sugar. Add oreos and cream cheese mixture to pudding. Spoon into 9 x 13 dish. Refrigerate
