3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c.water
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. honey BBQ sauce
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1-2 T.pepper sauce ( I use Dads green sauce)
3 T. minced garlic
2 lbs. boneless beef or pork cut into thin strips
2 t. ground ginger
1 fresh pineapple cut into 1" chunks
2 large red peppers cut into 1" pieces

Directions:

In a small sauce pan combine brown sugar & water.
Cook & stir over low heat till dissolved.
Remove from heat & whisk in peanut butter until blended.
Stir in soy sauce, BBQ sauce, oil, pepper sauce & garlic.
Pour 3 cups marinade into a large zip lock bag with meat.
Seal & turn to coat.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Assemble kabobs
Grill over med. heat 5-7 min. on each side or until meat is tender.
Serve with rice & reserved marinade for dipping. (reheated If desired)
