1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
½ cup nuts

Mix together and spread into bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool.

Blend:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread over cooled crust. Beat 2 pkgs. instant pudding (can be lemon, chocolate, or butterscotch) with 3 cups milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip as desired. Sprinkle nuts on top.

You can use cooked pudding, but be sure it is cooled before putting on cream cheese layer. You can also use 1 pkg. chocolate with 1 pkg. vanilla. This is good also.
