2 bags of boil-in-bag rice
1 package of chopped broccoli
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 large jar of cheese-wiz
salt and pepper to taste
1 package cocktail sausages (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice according to package. Boil chopped broccoli according to package. Combine rice, broccoli, cream of chicken, cream of celery, cocktail sausages (optional) and cheese-wiz in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
