3 c. water
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic
3 c. Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes
1/4 c. sour cream
1 - 2.8 oz. can French fried onions, crushed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Lightly grease shallow 1 1/5 qt. casserole dish.
In medium sauce pan, bring water to a boil.
Add milk, salt, garlic and stir.
Add potato flakes and sour cream; mix well.
Spoon potatoes into greased dish.
Sprinkle with onions and cheese.
Place under broiler until golden brown. (approximately 2 minutes)
