4 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
3 med. carrots
1 lb Hamburger or stew beef
2 1/2 c. water
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peal and cut up potatoes, onions and carrots. Set aside. Brown meat in large pot. Add water then add other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to med. heat and cook approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

If you use hamburger meat, drain off grease after browning.
