2 Cloves crushed Garlic
½ cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbl Olive Oil
½ teas. Cracked Pepper
2 small pieces ginger root, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use to marinate about 3 pounds of meat or to brush on BBQ hamburgers or chicken.

This marinade is great on wild game. The first time we tried it, we used it for a buffalo that was tough. This not only flavored the meat, but also made it tender and kept it juicy enough to put out on a grill.
