2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp (Gebhart's) chili powder
1 pkg (McCormick) chili mix
2 small cans Hunts Tomato Sauce
2 large cans Hunts Diced Tomatoes
2 large or 4 med cans Ranch Style Beans (not pinto)
1 cup ketchup
1 can Rotel tomato and Chilies (mild)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot brown beef and onion,garlic salt,salt,black pepper.When meat is well done drain grease. Stir in chili mix and mix well.Then add tomatoes and tomato sauce (with each can add a full can of water). Add beans(if large can add 1/2 can of water). Add ketchup. Taste if more salt is needed. Salt to taste if needs more salt.
Serve with crackers.
