1/2 lb. cooked crab or 1 6 oz. can crab, drained
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the crab meat of shells and cartilage. In an ungreased small baking dish, combine all ingredients. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven and serve immediately with warm sliced baguette bread or crackers or chips.
