1 Butt Pork Roast (You can remove a lot of the fat, but not all or the meat will be too dry)
1 large onion
3 to 4 garlic cloves
1/2 teas. Celery Seed (not salt)
Parsley Coarsely chopped
1 jar BBQ sauce or homemade BBQ sauce
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in bottom of the crock pot. Place roast in, and thinly slice the onion, parsley, celery seed and garlic on top of the roast. Pour about of the jar of BBQ sauce over the top of the onions/garlic. Cook on low for 10 12 hours. Can be sliced or chopped. Add additional BBQ sauce if needed and serve on toasted buns.

I would make this for all the "Kids" when they all came home to our house from Carrol College. The longer it cooks the better it is.
