1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 lb. sliced swiss, cheddar or smoked cheese
Hamburger Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and black pepper into ground beef and make hamburger patties.
Grill patties and add cheese at end. Place on buns.
To make a true Mexican hamburger, add picco de gallo, guacamole, salsa, lettuce and your condiments to burger. For healthier burgers use lean ground beef, light cheese and wheat buns.
