1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 tsp minced fresh dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Dash pepper and salt
½ cup dried cherries, chopped
¼ cup chopped green onions
5 flour tortillas
½ lb sliced deli Black Forest ham
½ lb sliced Swiss cheese

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in the cherries and onions. Spread over each tortilla, layer with ham and cheese. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into slices.

I have substituted Mesquite turkey and Pepperjack cheese for the ham and Swiss, then deleted the cherries.
