Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large navel orange
1 lb pecan halves
1/2 c. liquid honey
1 1/2 tbsp. orange flavoured liqueur (Grand Marnier)
1 1/2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. With vegetable peeler, remove orange part of the rind from the orange in large strips. Sliver these into 1x1/8 inch pieces strips. Use the rest of orange elsewhere.
2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
3. Line a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray all over. Spread pecan halves on the foil and bake 5-10 minutes only until lightly toasted. Check often.
3. In a large skillet heat honey, liqueur, cream, salt and cinnamon to boiling and keep stirring frequently. Boil vigorously 2 minutes, adjusting heat so that mixture does not boil over skillet.
4. Stir in toasted pecans into the honey mixture and stir until well coated. Return the pecans to the same (re-sprayed) aluminum foil pan and re-bake another 10 minutes.
5. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an air tight container such as a tin. They never last long!!
