1 pkg. 50 frozen spring roll wrappers (at Asian Market)
1/2 1b boneless chicken breast, slivered
4 cloves garlic - minced very fine - mixed with a little salt and pepper.
1-2 lbs carrots, grated in food processor
1 1b green beans, chopped finely
1 bunch green onions. chopped small
1 small bunch broccoli, chopped in food processor
1 egg white (for sealing wrapper edges)

Directions:

Marinate the chicken and garlic for a 1/2 hour in the fridge.
Saute the chicken and garlic until no longer pink.

Add the remaining ingredients from the food processor and cook until they are soft. Remove and cool.

Place in a covered container and cool for at least 4 hours.

Fill spring roll wrappers, sealing edge with egg white. Deep fry until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
