16 ounces Cream Cheese - softened
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese - grated (fresh, or Kraft brand works too)
10 slidec Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Green onions - chopped

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingrediatns in a large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed until blended.

Stir in bacon and green onions, place into a cellophane lined mold (or bowl) cover and refrigerat for at least 3 hours

Invert onto tray and serve with crackers or chips
