1 pkg. Cream Cheese
8oz American cheese slices
1/4 C Blue OR Roquefort cheese crumbles
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 heaping C pecans, chopped
1 C parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
First allow the cheeses to sit out for about an hour to soften before preparing.

Using a potato masher, mix the cheeses with ¼ C parsley & all the pecans & onion. Form into a ball and roll in remaining parley until well coated. It may be necessary to press the parsley onto the ball. Chill at least an hour before serving.
