SALAD:
10-12 oz. fresh spinach
1 c. Craisins
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
4 oz. toasted, slivered almonds
DRESSING:
1 c. oil (half peanut, half canola)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients well, and then pour over salad.
