1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 teaspoon instant minced onion (or 1/2 tsp. onion powder)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well.

Serve immediately or refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.

Serve with assorted vegetable dippers, or cubes of rye bread.
