2 T. butter
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 can chopped green chilies
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. sage

3 T. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 can chicken broth
3 lb. jar white beans
4 shakes cayenne pepper
2 pickled jalepenos
1 shake white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot. Brown chicken, green onion, yellow pepper, chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin, salt and sage. Remove mixture from pan.
In same pan, melt 3 T. butter over low heat. Add flour and milk and whisk till smooth and thickened. Add broth and stir till blended. Stir in beans, chicken mixture and peppers.
Simmer one hour.
Serve with tortilla chips and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.
