1 teaspoon salt, to taste
creamy peanut butter
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juice only
1 can garbanzo beans
1-1 1/2 cloves garlic
1/2 can (empty bean can) of water,
1 teaspoon cumin, to taste
to adjust consistency

Throw everything in the food processor or blender except the garbanzo beans; blend. Then add the drained garbanzo beans and the 1/4 to 1/2 can of water. Blend until smooth, taste and adjust as needed. Eat on toasted pita bread cut into triangles, crackers, or use as a veggie dip.
