1 18.25 oz white cake mix with pudding
1 1/4 c buttermilk
1/4 c butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp almond extract

Vegetable cooking spray

Coconut Buttercream
1/2 c softened butter
1 3 ou cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 c cream of coconut
1 tsp vanilla

Flaked Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the first six ingredients on low and then 2 minutes on Medium until batter is smooth.
Put in baking cups in cupcake pan (spraying the cupcake papers, if desired)
Bake at 350 º for 25 minutes. Cool about 1 hour.

Coconut Buttercream
Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating on low. Increase spead to medium and slowly add coconut milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Put coconut on iced cupcakes.
