3 1/2 pound boneless pot roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 1/2 cup water
4 medium potatoes
4 carrots
2 to 4 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven brown roast over med high heat. Add soup mix and 2 cups water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover for about 2 hours. Add vegetables. Cook 30 minutes. Remove roast and vegetables. For gravy blend 1/2 cup water with flour and stir into dutch oven. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer untill thickened.
