3 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 cups sugar
1 cup butter or 3 sticks
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon flavoring
1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs,sugar,butter,and oil until creamy.Add flour,milk a little at atime,beat after each addition.
Pour in a greased bunt pan.Place in cold oven,turn to 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
If you want a chocolate cake add 5 or 6 tlbs spoon
of cocoa

I have not tried the chocolate yet,but it is good with out it. Good warm with coffee or glass of milk
