1 (8 oz.)pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
1 large onion, cut up
1 can. cream of chicken soup, 1 egg
1 c. tender celery, 1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, celery and margarine over low heat about 10 minutes. Add the cream of chicken soup and 1 can of water. Let boil on low heat about 10 minutes. In a large bowl combine the Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing and hot soup mixture. mix well. Mixture should be soft, if not, add a little boiling water). When cool, add egg & mix well. Bake in 375º oven in well-greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish for 30 mins.
