One pound of real butter softened
1 pint of ice cream vanilla
1-2 lbs of cake flour

Mix to make formable dough. Roll dough into balls and fill with almond or Jam/fruit. Bake at 375 for 12 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
