1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons shortening
¼ lb. bologna, cut in 1/4'’ cubes (1 cup)
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture looks like meal. Stir in bologna cubes, then milk.

Note: The trick to non-soggy biscuits on meat pies is in the filling! Have the filling good and hot when you top it with biscuits.
