2 large potatoes
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
6 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
4 green onions - chopped and divided (2 tbsp.)
12 slices bacon - crumbled and divided (1/2 c.)
1 1/4 c. shredded cheese - divided (1 cup)

Directions:

Bake potatoes, cool, scoop out pulp, set aside.
Melt butter, add flour, cook 1 min.
Gradually add milk.
Add other ingredients, heat.
Garnish with remaining onions, bacon and cheese
